The development programme is designed to meet the demands of the working environment. The courses are delivered by external and internal subject-matter experts in a dedicated learning environment. We support graduates who wish to pursue chartered status in their respective fields.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Mercury hired its largest ever intake of 40 graduates in 2019.
