Our diversity and inclusion week came to a close with a fantastic celebration of the 39 nationalities employed at Mercury on Friday January 31.<\/p>\n

Staff at our head office in Sandyford were encouraged to bring in a selection of dishes from their native countries to share at lunch time with their colleagues.<\/p>\n

Jellof rice and chicken from Nigeria proved to be one of the most popular dishes, while employees also enjoyed a fine selection of Irish and Croatian cuisine.<\/p>\n

Staff were encouraged to wear traditional clothing and the 39\u00a0 flags of the different nationalities employed here were proudly on display in the canteen.<\/p>\n

Outside of head office there were celebratory lunches held across Mercury sites and offices in both Ireland and across Europe.<\/p>\n

Our Amsterdam team enjoyed an impressive feast as dishes from Italy, Poland, Brazil, Thailand, Palestine and Romania were shared by all.<\/p>\n
