The workshop included project management team presentations on construction work packages, project support functions and featured excellent questions and answers sessions.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop was led by Mercury\u2019s Director of Healthcare, Robert O\u2019Donovan and Operations Quality &amp; Risk Group Manager Shay Lacey. The session covered a multitude of areas surrounding the project including EHS, Quality, Construction, Contract Administration, Commercials, Schedule, Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Innovation, HR, Design &amp; BIM.<\/p>\n<p>Shay Lacey said, \u201cMercury are delighted to be hosting the second in our series of project execution workshops. It is very important to ensure high levels of communication for large projects such as this to ensure successful planning, collaboration and project execution. This was a very productive and engaging session with great participation, openness &amp; honesty from all participants\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Healthcare<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mercury is a world-leading healthcare construction service provider.
