Comprising four facilities and delivering 76.8MW of IT capacity, the campus was purpose-built to support hyperscale, cloud and AI workloads. Strategic investments were made in redundant systems, including generators, chillers, dry coolers, and water treatment across all phases of the facility. These measures ensured consistent uptime and compliance with Tier III+ standards, supporting mission-critical workloads.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span data-contrast=\"none\">Delivering next-generation\u00a0Cooling in\u00a0Live and\u00a0Complex\u00a0Environments\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Cooling\u00a0is\u00a0a critical element of Mercury\u2019s Data Centre Retrofit Offering, with requirements ranging from plant upgrades and replacements to the integration of new systems for future project phases.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">The DCRF team works closely with the client\u2019s existing operations team to ensure new cooling systems are seamlessly integrated with the current infrastructure,\u00a0while maintaining performance and uptime<\/span><\/i><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">This includes the development and coordination of detailed MOPs and RAMS, alongside careful planning of installation and commissioning activities.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Mercury continues to\u00a0establish\u00a0engineering excellence and leadership in energy-efficient practices across all sectors, with a strong focus on cooling and wider building performance.\u00a0Mercury\u2019s\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mercuryeng.com\/2025\/11\/25\/osm-facility-and-european-hq-in-schonebeck-germany\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">OSM capability<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0supports this approach\u00a0via\u00a0fast-track\u00a0front end prefabrication, componentisation and\u00a0OSCx.
