Mercury has proudly completed the delivery of Global Technical Realty\u2019s GB One data centre project in Slough, London.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Located in London\u2019s premier data centre hub, the facility has a total data capacity of 40.5 MW, across 16,119 m2, which is split into three data halls. As general contractor, Mercury\u2019s team were responsible for all elements of CSA delivery and MEP fitout works as well as Major Capital Plant design and procurement on the project. Work commenced on the project in Q4 2022, with the full 40.5MW handed over by Q4 2024. The three phases of the project were handed over in 10 months.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

All power is sourced from providers supplying 100% renewable energy using natural resources to ensure carbon free facilities. Mercury\u2019s design team played a pivotal role in overseeing the coordination of the design and vendor selection processes on the project.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
