Lauren McCreanor- EHS Advisor:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cEvery day I work with people to improve how they view safety culture, and shift from an \u201cI have to do this\u201d to an \u201cI want to do this for the good of everyone\u201d attitude.\u201d \u201cBuilding strong, positive relationships with our colleagues, our supply chain and clients is crucial to our success. We\u2019re a very united team with a sharp focus on a shared goal.\u201d<\/p>\n Iuri Collusi- Quality Manager:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cSince joining Mercury I\u2019ve enhanced my technical skills as a CSA Engineer and have since gained management experience in my role as Quality Manager. The mix of practical project work and developing management skills while leading our supply chain partners cultivates a solutions-oriented mindset.\u201d<\/p>\n Francisco Hernandez- EHS Advisor:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u201cMy role involves carrying out many different safety procedures, leading inductions, coordinating works and supporting our supply chain.
