In her final year of a Civil Engineering degree at Technological University Dublin, Ala had already gained hands-on experience through an internship in a company that specialises in cladding and roofing for data centres. Now I\u2019m coordinating multiple contractors on-site, which has sharpened my communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.\u201d<\/p>\n
