Gary Widger, Head of Communication & Change at Mercury addressed the CIF Digital Construction Summit (Digicon) in Croke Park, Dublin on Thursday, 13 June 2019. Gary spoke about the three year long journey of Mercury towards the digital transformation of the company on a panel made up of four industry leading experts in the area of digital construction. The topic of discussion was ‚Assessing the Readiness of the Sector to Embrace the \u201c Digital Transition\u201d of Ireland\u2019s Construction Industry‘. Gary discussed Mercury’s digital transformation process over the past several years, giving lessons that the Irish construction industry can learn from Mercury’s journey so far.<\/span><\/p>\n
