This was carried out in conjunction with our ongoing initiatives to train all project personnel in b<\/span>ehaviour-based safety (BBS), continuous improvement and mental health &amp; wellness.\u00a0This also provided opportunities for additional open and honest feedback from all project personnel outside of the project\u2019s regularly scheduled meetings, discussions and \u2018toolbox\u00a0talks\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>The course\u00a0aimed\u00a0to\u00a0reinforced\u00a0Mercury&#8217;s commitment to safety and\u00a0the company\u2019s\u00a0expectation that our team\u00a0\u2018work to live\u2019 and ensure that\u00a0our team members do not take unnecessary safety risks on projects.<\/p>\n<p>This emphasis on\u00a0understanding\u00a0the\u00a0consequences\u00a0for personal and\u00a0home life make the training particularly impactful for attendees.<\/p>\n<h4 aria-level=\"2\">Participants\u2019 Feedback<\/h4>\n<p>This course demonstrates Mercury&#8217;s real commitment to safety and wellness, focusing on mental health. Participants\u2019 feedback included:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis course is a great addition to get safety and wellbeing in your DNA instead of it just being in your short-term memory\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis course gives me a sense that [Mercury] genuinely care about our safety and wellbeing.
