We are delighted to announce that Mercury has launched a new ground-breaking employee wellbeing and engagement solution for all staff members with our partners in PepTalk<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The new programme will offer all employees access to the full suite of\u00a0<\/span>PepTalk\u2019s<\/span>\u00a0on-demand, gamified wellbeing solution offering across physical, nutrition, emotional and financial pillars and delivered via an exclusive mobile app, web-based dashboard and on -site workshops throughout the year.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Guest speakers at the launch events include former Munster scrum-half and\u00a0<\/span>Mental Skills Coach Cathal Sheridan<\/a><\/span>, comedian and online sketch artist Rory O’Connor AKA Rory’s Stories<\/a> and Dublin GAA left-corner forward\u00a0<\/span>and\u00a0<\/span>PepTalk<\/span> co-founder Bernard Brogan<\/a><\/span>, all of whom will be speaking about the importance maintaining positive mental health in their daily lives.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Speaking at the launch event, Joanne Cluxton, Group HR Manager at Mercury said \u201cI am really proud to be launching our new employee wellbeing programme in partnership with\u00a0PepTalk\u00a0today. At Mercury, we are committed to providing all our staff<\/span>\u00a0and supply-chain<\/span>\u00a0with the necessary<\/span>\u00a0assistance<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>to ensure they feel supported across every aspect of their wellbeing.\u00a0 The\u00a0PepTalk\u00a0wellbeing solution that we have adopted is innovative and can scale easily across our organisation, providing staff access to wellbeing support when they need it\u201d.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Also<\/span>\u00a0at the launch was\u00a0PepTalk\u00a0CEO James Brogan who commented, \u201cWe are delighted to be launching\u00a0PepTalk\u00a0with Mercury today. At\u00a0PepTalk\u00a0we are passionate about delivering sustainable, long term behavioural change for employees through a market leading,\u00a0<\/span>technology focused wellbeing solution. For employers, we provide data and metrics to ensure the programmes are impactful and engaging throughout the year.\u00a0 The platform is community based and adopts a gamified approach to wellbeing and we have already achieved some outstanding results across our client base.
