Mercury, the European leader in construction solutions, is pleased to announce the appointments of Ms Tanya Horgan and Mr Frank Quirk to the Board as a non-executive Director and executive Director respectively, with effect from 1st January 2024.<\/p>\n

Tanya is a chartered accountant with over twenty-five years\u2019 experience across large-scale organisations including Tesco and Paddy Power Betfair plc. She currently leads as Chief Risk Officer at Primark having held a similar position with Flutter entertainment plc. Tanya also holds the position of Non-Executive Director at AIB where she is a member of the Risk and Technology & Data Advisory Committee. With training and qualifications from PwC, she has extensive knowledge within the compliance, risk management, and corporate governance field.<\/p>\n

Frank boasts a track-record of delivering large-scale projects and brings unparalleled expertise that he has garnered over the past thirty-five years of an illustrious career in civil engineering, general contracting, and leadership positions. Frank holds a qualification as a civil engineer from University College Cork. In October 2021, he joined Mercury\u2019s Executive Management Team and was promoted to Chief Operations Officer in December 2022. Prior to joining Mercury, he operated as a Managing Director in Ireland at John Sisk & Sons.<\/p>\n
