One of our recent initiatives is the launch of our Wellness@Mercury online platform, which provides our workforce with weekly updates on a wide range of crucial topics related to mental and physical health.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Since its launch in May 2023, the platform has garnered an impressive monthly engagement of over 2,000 interactions from our employees.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Mercury\u2019s Work Safe | Home Safe culture reinforces our commitment to fostering a positive well-being environment throughout the company. We can see what resonates with our teams and which topics people are interested in. As a result, this helps us address and cater to their evolving needs, so we are aware if more employees than usual want to complete our mental health first aid training course or need assistance in a certain area. It\u2019s very beneficial and is central to the evolving nature of the business where our people are a number one priority.“<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
